Dear Parents,
We will be having our classroom Christmas party on Friday December 23rd of 2011. Each child is asked to bring treats or drinks to share with the class. Please no candy canes! Students may also bring board games or other non-electronic toys to play with.
The students have also asked that we have a Secret Santa gift exchange. Each student will purchase a gift for the student they have selected. The present will cost no more than fifteen dollars. The success of this activity depends on everyone participating. Please be generous so that no student feels left out.
The class will also be making decorative cookies next week. I am asking that you provide $3 towards to the overall cost of this activity. This goes to defray the costs of cookies, icing, and decorative wrapping.
Thank you for all your support this past term. May God bless you during this Holy Christmas season and I look forward to seeing you back in January of next year.
